My dearest blog friends,
I am so sorry I am not posting a normal post today, but my life looks like this right now:

I have a neuro test on Tuesday and I get pretty into my studying… I don’t settle for anything less than a 93 because… well… I’m a little crazy. So I apologize for the disappearing act I’ll be pulling for the remainder of the weekend. I hope you all have an enjoyable fall weekend!

Mountain Climbers; Lunges–forward, backward, lateral; Squat jumps…thats all I can think of right now for legs
OO just thought of another one (my fav!) single leg squats–stand a couple feet in front of a bench, rest one leg behind you on the bench, squat to 90 degrees with the leg out front…you can hold dumbbells to make it harder once you get the hang of it. Then switch obv.

I’m glad I’m not alone with the whole studying all weekend thing. I have an anatomy lab exam, food science exam, and food systems exam. EEEK. Although they probably won’t be as hard as a neuro exam! Good luck.

For my legs, I do deadlifts, weighted squats, calf raises, weighted lunges, and stiff leg deadlifts. I’m currently hobbling around like an old woman because I’m so sore from my leg workout on Wednesday

My absolute FAVORITE go-to leg exercise are single leg RDL’s (you can google image it or youtube it to see exactly what it looks like) it makes my hamstrings sore EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Has anyone suggested the Honey Badger? Find that on YouTube and you will smile. For your legs, how about some lunges with an upper body twist? I do mine with a 5-10 lb weight for some added oomph.

I need to get over my fear of weight machines… i had my fingers crushed under weights when I was 4. There’s only one I use and I don’t use it often haha!
